NetaGig Systems builds software with a preference for collecting as little personal information as practical.

Product use

Command Dictate is designed so core dictation use does not require a NetaGig account. The product is not designed to collect telemetry, usage analytics, or dictated text for NetaGig Systems.

Purchases

Command Dictate checkout is being prepared. When purchases open, payment processing may be handled by a third-party checkout provider such as Stripe. That provider may collect payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction information needed to process the purchase. NetaGig Systems will receive purchase and customer information needed to fulfill the order, provide support, and maintain business records.

Support

If you contact support, NetaGig Systems will receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, product name, license details, and a description of the issue.
