Terms of Sale and Use

These terms describe the basic conditions for purchasing and using software from NetaGig Systems.

Products

Product pages describe the product, platform, activation method, and current availability. Command Dictate Free is available as an unlocked Windows download. Command Dictate Pro is the paid edition, with purchase checkout available through Stripe and paid activation handled through Freehold.

License

A purchase grants a license to use the purchased product under the terms provided with that product. Unless stated otherwise, purchases do not transfer copyright, source code ownership, or the right to resell the software.

One Command Dictate Pro purchase activates one primary computer. Activation is bound to the machine it was issued for, and the activation file may not be copied, shared, resold, or used on additional computers. Replacement activations may be issued for legitimate hardware replacement, drive failure, or migration to a new primary computer, at NetaGig Systems' discretion. Repeated, excessive, suspicious, or abusive replacement requests may be declined.

Purchase expectations

Command Dictate Free does not require a purchase. Command Dictate Pro purchase questions and refund requests are reviewed case by case. Refunds may be considered for duplicate purchases, failed delivery, accidental purchases reported promptly, or Pro activation issues that cannot be resolved through support. The current refund policy is published at netagig.com/refunds.

Policies described on this site may be updated; the version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that purchase. In case of any conflict, these Terms and the product license agreement govern over other site content, including the FAQ and product pages.

Availability

NetaGig Systems may update, improve, pause, or discontinue products or services. Existing purchase support will be handled in good faith through the support contact listed on this site.
