Terms of Sale and Use

These terms describe the basic conditions for purchasing and using software from NetaGig Systems.

Products

Product pages describe the product, platform, activation method, and current availability. Command Dictate public download and purchase checkout are being prepared. When purchase opens, activation will be handled with a NetaGig ownership certificate.

License

A purchase grants a license to use the purchased product under the terms provided with that product. Unless stated otherwise, purchases do not transfer copyright, source code ownership, or the right to resell the software.

Purchase expectations

Command Dictate is intended to include a trial period so customers can confirm the software works in their environment before purchasing. Once checkout opens, refund requests will be reviewed case by case. Refunds may be considered for duplicate purchases, failed delivery, accidental purchases reported promptly, or activation issues that cannot be resolved through support.

Availability

NetaGig Systems may update, improve, pause, or discontinue products or services. Existing purchase support will be handled in good faith through the support contact listed on this site.
