Refund Policy

Command Dictate Pro is sold as a one-time purchase. Because we cannot take the software back once it is delivered, our refund policy works differently from a subscription service, and we are upfront about that.

Try Free first

Command Dictate Free costs nothing and has no time limit, no checkout, and no account. It runs local dictation on the same hardware Pro will run on, so it is the way to confirm that local dictation works on your machine before you buy. Pro uses a different speech engine (NVIDIA Parakeet rather than Whisper), so recognition quality is not identical, but the local setup Free proves out is the same. We recommend every buyer install Free before purchasing Pro.

14-day defect guarantee

If Command Dictate Pro fails to work as described on a supported Windows system, contact support within 14 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the problem. If we cannot get Pro working as described, you receive a full refund.

Always refunded

Duplicate purchases, failed delivery, and accidental purchases reported promptly are refunded without conditions, as stated in our terms.

Not covered

Change of mind after a working installation, and systems below the stated requirements, are not grounds for a refund. The Free edition exists so you never have to buy blind.

Email support@netagig.com with your purchase email and a short description of the problem. Refund requests are answered by a person, not an automated system.
